| Dr. Zvi Marom CEO, BATM Advanced Communications
Dr. Zvi Marom is the founder and CEO of BATM, parent company of Telco Systems, which is based in Foxboro, Massachusetts. He started BATM in 1992 as a bootstrap and brought it to a world-class company. Prior to establishing BATM, he was the head of the Electronic faculty of the Israeli Open University and senior consultant to several industrial and academic institutions. He graduated in excellence from the Naval Academy and served in combat command posts. He was awarded the Techmark "Technology Man of the Year" award from the London Stock Exchange in 2000.
Ofer Barner CFO
Ofer Bar-Ner, Chief Financial Officer, joined BATM in 1999. From 1996 he was Chief Financial Officer of Silver Arrow LP, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems and EL-OP, and between 1989 and 1993 he was group manager in the finance Department of Elbit. He graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion in Haifa and has an MBA and MA in accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Avi Cohen Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Avi Cohen is responsible for the management of the company's marketing and business development activities internationally for Carrier Ethernet, VoIP, FTTx, VDSL, TDM, and SONET solutions. Previously he held the positions of vice president of research and development and director of software development for Telco Systems.
David Moses Vice President, Research & Development
David Moses has unparalleled background in Ethernet technology with over 15 years of experience in engineering and networking. After 6 years as VP of SW Engineering, Mr. Moses was appointed to the role of VP R&D. Prior to joining the company, he worked for N-BASE Communications (MRV) and RAD Network devices (RND). At MRV David led the development of DirectIP technology for Router acceleration and Linux Router concepts. In RND he was a member of the team developed the industry first deployed IP and Decnet routers. Mr. Moses is graduated in physics by the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology.
Bob Resinger Chief Operating Officer
Bob Resinger, a seasoned executive with more than 32 years in technology and telecommunications, has held executive positions in general management, operations, sales, engineering, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Telco Systems, he held similar positions at other companies, of which the most significant was at Texas Instruments (TI) as PCC Manager/general manager Lead Frames. Bob also helped establish two startups: Magnalink, an IP company purchased by Telco Systems, and Sphere Technology a voice recognition company.
Dave Lee Vice President, US Business Development
Dave Lee joined Telco Systems in 1992, and since then has held various positions within the company including VP Product Line Management and Area, Vice President Sales and is currently VP of Business Development. Dave is responsible for managing and marketing of current and future product developments worldwide as well as customer and company services.
Steven Curtis Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for the Americas
Steven joined Telco Systems in June of 2006 through the acquisition of
Metrobility Optical Systems where he had served as senior Vice president of worldwide sales and services. Focused on delivering new technologies to the service provider market, Steven has been instrumental in the deployment of the Company's Ethernet demarcation solutions in providers' networks throughout the world. He joined Metrobility in February 2003 after serving in executive sales positions at CPLANE and Gotham Networks. Steve holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
Manu Kaycee Vice President of Product Marketing
Manu joined Telco Systems in June of 2006 through the acquisition of Metrobility Optical Systems. He joined Metrobility in 2002 as director of product strategy, and was also responsible for business development and OEM activities. Prior to joining Metrobility, he worked with start-ups Calix Networks and Paradyne Networks, as well as industry giants Nokia, AT&T/Lucent, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Manu is an active member of various standards bodies, and advises on industry trends and their impact on corporate strategy. He holds three patents and has originated 11 others. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse
University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical
Engineering from Bombay University.
Dave Garrity Vice President, Finance Telco Systems
Dave is Vice President of Finance for Telco Systems, a position he has held since December of 2000. Dave is responsible for all finance, legal and human resource matters for the company. Joining Telco in 1988 as Fiber Optics Division Controller, Dave has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance and administration.
