Contracted Services

24x7 Technical Assistance Center
At the heart of the ResponsEdge Support Program is our Technical Assistance Center (TAC). This state-of-the-art call center provides telephone access to trained Telco Systems technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Sparing Program
In the event of a component failure, every hour counts. ResponsEdge module sparing programs provides rapid component replacement, while reducing your up-front capital outlay.

On-site maintenance
Choose from three on-site maintenance program options for the level of support you need. All three plans include toll-free, round-the-clock assistance, troubleshooting and diagnostics through our Technical Assistance Center.

As-needed Services

Remote Installation
Our trained technicians provide expert advice to ensure smooth installation and remote configuration of your Telco Systems equipment to get you up and running quickly to maximize your investment.

On-Site Installation
Our on-site installation service allows you to focus on day-to-day operations, leaving installation to trained Telco Systems engineers. You enjoy the advantage of rapid deployment, enabling you to realize the economic and operational benefits of your Telco Systems solutions quickly.

On-Site Technical Assistance
Telco Systems provides on-site technical assistance by a skilled Telco Systems Field Service Representative on a time-and-material basis. A full range of services is available, from system planning to project supervision to troubleshooting.

Module Advance Replacement
Advance replacement modules can be provided for in-warranty or out-of-warranty systems, direct from the factory.

Training Programs
Telco Systems offers a comprehensive series of flexible training courses provide in-depth understanding and insight into the applications, technologies, installation, and maintenance of Telco Systems products. Courses are held at our training facility in Norwood, MA, and for maximum convenience, courses can be arranged at your location.
